My 28 years of experience in leadership coaching revealed an urgent need for a confidential space addressing the needs of Black and racialized professionals in Canada.
Obsidian LDC fills that space, where participants become an integral part of a holistic conversation on leadership. Here, Black and racialized professionals will find: transformational tools to navigate the power imbalances they face as a result of systemic racism, communities of learning and peer support, and persistent validation of their career aspirations.
